The landscape design of MODE 61 is created as a private green nest instils a contemplative living environment through understated space composition and meticulous detailing. Evoke a sense of serenity through engirdling space embraced by the idyllic environment. In response to dense urban surroundings of Bangkok, the principal in the landscape area is conceived as an internal courtyard to create inverted tranquillity.
The landscaped space is split in multi-level to achieve privacy for each activity within limited space and also to create a dynamic view from the balcony looking down. This results in 3-dimensional plays of water and greenery; from reflective pond to water wall, from the green roof to green wall. The willow tree is selected as a feature for its feather-light leaf draping down forming a natural blind for the privacy of the room and swimming pool. Surfaces are finished in a well-defined natural stone and enriched with intricate detailing of the woodwork for outdoor lounges to bring about an urban and yet rustic outdoor dwelling.
From the lobby to the signature swimming pool area, wooden steps accompanied by overflow cascade by the side lead people to escalate up infusing into another space. The level of the pool deck is carefully determined to elevate slightly from the lobby and to drop by 2 metres from the units on the 1st floor to give a sense of privacy for each area. Changing of levels is crafted with water wall and green wall creating a tranquil ambience as a backdrop for the pool area.

Space is designed to serve family lounging or even small party/gathering in the garden setting next to the reading room. When needed, the sliding glass door of the reading room can be fully open connecting to the sunken lounge space forming larger function space. The stone paving material extends horizontally to the adjacent reading room to emphasise on a continuum of outdoor and indoor areas.

Abstract
This paper presents a review of both active and passive ring laser devices. The operating principles of the ring laser are developed and discussed, with special emphasis given to the problems associated with the achievement of greater sensitivity and stability. First-principle treatments of the nature of quantum noise in the ring laser gyro and various methods designed to avoid low-rotation-rate lock-in are presented. Descriptions of state-of-the-art devices and current and proposed applications (including a proposed test of metric theories of gravity using a passive cavity ring laser) are given.
